Sitting on a Cornflake

Well, here we are! We’ve been in two weeks now (I apologise for not updating sooner), and I love my new home! Everything is unpacked, new curtains have been bought (I never knew how difficult it could be to find the right curtains in the right size!), and Beth has her Dr Who posters up! hehe

As much as I liked the newer properties that we’ve lived in, I do prefer living in an older house, It just feels like it has more character, and is more of a ‘home’. It feels like a good house for the girls to grow up in!

However, I have one problem.. I’m still stuck on dial-up! To use the internet, I have to sit in the hall, laptop on my lap (!), tethered to the phone line! Hopefully by Monday evening, I’ll have my wireless broadband up and running!
